From June 16th to 18th, 2016, at the invitation of the National Football Museum of England, the delegation of Zibo City visited the National Football Museum of England in Manchester and the British Museum in London, and officially signed the China-UK World Football Culture Summit Agreement. At present, the World Football Culture Summit Forum has been successfully held for three times.

This year, the 4th World Football Culture Summit will be held in Manchester.

On October 22nd, as the pre-event of the 4th World Football Culture Summit Forum, the visiting delegation was led by Comrade Wang Kejie, deputy mayor of Zibo Municipal People's Government, and participated in the Zibo Football Club and the German SLC Sports Leisure Culture Management Co., Ltd.. The Linyi City Project Plan Demonstration held at the Copthorne Hotel, Chelsea Football Club, London.

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Alfons Madeja, Chairman of the German SLC Sports Leisure Culture Management Co., Ltd. and Mr. Maximillian Madeja, CEO, explained the project design and the general manager of Zibo Football Club. Mr.Hou Zhiqiang, the head coach, and Mr. Zhao Peng, the deputy general manager, reported to the delegation on the progress of the project.

After the meeting, under the witness of the delegation, the two parties signed a memorandum of cooperation and agreed on the time and place of the next meeting.
